The Chuckler is a clean, upbeat publication. With all the gloomy news out there, we try to put a smile on your face. The concept behind The Chuckler was two fold.
a) To create a marketing tool that allows any size business, small, home based or established, the opportunity to advertise affordably and effectively while promoting their name and logo in a positive manner.
b) Design a publication that's capable of "Sharing Smiles" across the Community and the public looks forward to.

What is The Chuckler?
Now in its twelfth year, The Chuckler is a twenty-page monthly publication filled with clean humour and positive stories in a glossy, easy to read magazine format that readers, of all ages look forward to.
In these trying times, everyone could use a break from reality and share a smile in your community.
If you’ve been looking for a on hands business that allows you to be creative and think on your feet, then consider The Chuckler. It's ideal for a stay at home individual looking for a first or second income.
About Joining Our Team
First of all, we are not a Franchise, we offer Licensing Agreements. The difference being with a franchise you’re instructed how to run your business that you’ve invested in, with little or no say.
With a licensing agreement we understand that every territory we offer will differ.
We can’t expect that what works in one city will work in another. Although the template and content is untouchable, use your creativity to pin point different marketing ideas. You deserve to have the flexibility to implement your own advertising promotions that you feel will be financially rewarding for your monthly bottom line.

How Do I Make Money?

Your income is generated by the amount of sales you produce each month.

You’ll sell the economically priced ad spaces including, oversized business cards, banners, quarter, half and full page ads and the popular theme pages.

The Chuckler provides space for 80 business cards that can easily be transformed into any ad size required. A business card sells for $225.00 a month for a three-month period.

Your responsible for the cost of printing your Chuckler, which can be offset by providing your printer with a complimentary ad in return for a discounted rate.

Your monthly fixed cost are printing and a $300 monthly content fee. The remainder belongs to the Licensee.
Benefits of Selling The Chuckler
Our selling method involves selling ads for a three-month term.
a) This allows your clients to get a proper feel for the publication.
b) After ninety days, you’ll find your renewal rate will be above average.
c) As your client list grows each month, many of your clients will become regular backers and stay with you from day one.
What are my Responsibilities?

For your first copy, we recommend at least sixty days for start up to allow yourself familiarity with the product and procedure. After that - At the start of each month, you’ll receive a completed template of The Chuckler via email.

After your ad insertion, email your completed Chuckler to your printer.

The Final Step is the distribution to pre-determined high volume drop off locations including, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, car dealerships, professional offices waiting rooms. (doctors and dental) and retirement homes. You’ll discover your locations will be pleased to carry The Chucklers for you.
What Will I need for Start Up?

You probably have almost everything you'll need to get started.

A current computer with Windows 10.

A scanner capable of 300 – 600 dpi.

Adobe photoshop (which you can lease monthly for approximately $70.00

Business Cards, Invoices, letterhead and envelops.

Temporary commissioned sales representation, to assist when you get busy.
Be able to join in a monthly “zoom meetings” with other Licensees to discuss ideas.
