Welcome to, The Chuckler, published monthly since 2008 and serving The communities of, Orillia, Coldwater, Waubaushene, Victoria Harbour, Elmvale, Midland and Penetanguishene. The Chuckler is a clean, upbeat publication. With all  the gloomy news out there, we try to put a smile on your face. The concept behind The Chuckler was two fold.

a) To create a marketing tool that allows any size business, small, home based or established, the opportunity to advertise affordably and effectively while  promoting their name and logo in a positive manner.

b) Design a publication that's capable of "Sharing Smiles" across the Community and the public looks forward to.
